Taña Peraza Slaughterbeck oversees Training Logistics and Operations for STI. As Chief Operating Officer Taña effectuates proactive procurement efforts, contract management and acquisition including the development of key teaming relationships. Taña has also been responsible for corporate status initiatives, fulfilling the requirements to initiate the company’s certification by the U.S. Small Business Administration, the U.S. General Services Administration, the Womens’ Business Enterprise National Council, U.S. Department of Commerce Minority Business Development Agency and the Department of General Services for the State of California. Taña is able to drive multiple tasks effectively and has demonstrated capacity to combine keen personal skills and logistical acumen to successfully manage project goals to fruition.
Ms. Slaughterbeck has a background in training support, overseeing curriculum development, cost reporting and database maintenance including custom capability generation in support of product managment. Taña has also been instrumental in human resource initiatives including all staffing activities and followup tasks.
