System Technology Institute is an 8(a) woman-owned small business providing systems engineering services ranging from training development and certification to staffing and support. We provide development and architecture, specializing in Service Oriented Architecture. We provide Program Management, Software Testing and Software Quality Assurance. Our TrainingServices encompass Interactive Electronic Training Manuals, user-driven training portals, live and virtual instruction, custom curriculum development, Certified Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Planned Maintenance System (PMS) development.

We have led newsworthy projects in the entertainment industry as well as high security programs for Space and Defense. At STI, our staff consists of software, electrical, mechanical engineers, and various other Technical Experts. Their industry expertise helps them determine the best problem-solving approach to your particular application, whether it be training, support services or a combination of both. Our training encompasses best practices for internal optimization and systems engineering. History

STI was founded in 1984 by a Veteran Officer of the Navy for the explicit purpose of providing DoD-compliant training and services to the Navy, SPAWAR, and NASA. Through word-of-mouth alone, System Technology Institute thrived for twenty years serving the Armed Forces and the Government including Department of Defense, Defense Logistics Agency, Federal Aviation Administration, Department of Energy, and the Federal Bureau of Investigations.

STI has extensive past performance providing a steady stream of training and services to Federal Prime Contractors including Boeing, BAE Systems, Lockheed Martin, Booz Allen Hamilton, CSC, and SAIC. We have conducted group training and onsite implementation of SCM, SQA, ITIL, LSS, PMP, DIACAP, CMMI, IA, IV&V, Military Standard compliance, Agile, Scrum and OOAD both CONUS and OCONUS.
