We completely screen potential candidates with full background checks, reference checks, U.S. citizenship status, Security Clearance applicability and experience assessment. After an offer is made for the appropriate person or persons, your STI point of contact will schedule an introduction and track the working progress of the individual, interfacing with your team lead as necessary to monitor the performance of the worker and your satisfaction.
