With 25 years legacy in training, STI has provided the government and industry with dedicated Subject Matter Experts who develop and maintain current, compliant course topics to augment the knowledge base of software and systems engineering organizations. While many of our return clients enjoy the benefits of interfacing directly within groups in a classroom-style instructor-led environment, it is not always a possibility for groups that are either in transit, deployed in divergent locations or outside of serviceable range. To accommodate the changing requirements of personnel, STI offers multiple training formats in addition to the classical format. One such format is interactive courseware (ICW). These courses, available in online learning format, allow the user to manage knowledge transfer rate and demonstrate acquisition of knowledge through interactive exercises and summary examinations.

Why Certify?

Our Certifications do not expire for working professionals. However at the behest of your organization or after five years without active participation in the profession, it is recommended that the student attend refresher courses and/or re-take the Certification exam to demonstrate his or her continued commitment to using the best practices and latest industry developments to ensure performance and accountability.
