500 LSSYB: Lean Six Sigma: Yellow Belt
Synopsis
Our LSS YB course introduces the basic concepts of LSS at the operational level across any industry, institution or business. The course also discusses the principles and practices utilized in using LSS in the day-to-day problem solving at the supervisory level of any organization that doesn’t require significant management approval. The candidate will gain familiarity with the use of the basic tools, techniques, and concepts of LSS. Several case studies will be used to drive home the message of an applicative type of approach to bring results within 30-60 days from day of training completion. Each candidate will be coached on what type of project to work on and how to select the problem area within their domain of interest or value to their customer at work. The candidate will have several interactive opportunities to share their situation and get collaborative feedback from the class group with an out-of-the-box thinking to solutions that will reduce the impact of their business problem. The flexibility in this course is that it can be split into 2 + 1 where Phase I is completed in the 1st 2 days of class and Phase II is done 3 days later with activity in between phases. An interactive “hands-on” kinesthetic experience will allow you to think and be able to apply these ideas to solve day-to-day issues at work resulting in financial benefit to your customers.
