Brian Flora
Brian Flora is a results-oriented Information Technology professional with over 12 years experience in driving technology solutions to business, financial, and logistical issues within rapidly changing environments. He is experienced in Process Improvement and IT Strategic Planning with an emphasis on change management and high availability architectures.
Brian is a certified ITIL Expert, ITIL v2 Service Manager and ISEB accredited Master ITSM Instructor. He is a founding member of the International Institute of Business Analysts (IIBA) in San Diego, where he currently serves as Vice President of Professional Development. He also belongs to the MIT Enterprise Forum, the Association for Strategic Planning, the National Defense Industrial Association, and the Institute for Management Consultants in San Diego. He writes regular contributions for CIO.com and ITSMnow.com, and is a frequent speaker on ITSM topics. Brian actively competes in running and triathlon events and plans to complete his second Ironman Triathlon in 2009.
