Dr. Raghu Singh
Dr. Raghu Singh, a leader in advancing software management and engineering in the US DoD, NATO, and defense industries in the National and International arenas was the first recipient of the US DOD’s prestigious Mark Grove Award for Excellence in Software Management.
Dr. Raghu Singh is the founder of the ISO/IEC systems engineering project and author of the first working draft of ISO/IEC 15288. Dr. Singh is the former Navy member of the Joint-Services committee on MIL-STD-499B. He directed the consolidation of DOD’s primary software standards into one MIL-STD-498 (Software development and documentation). He has an M.S. in System Science and a Ph.D. in Physics.
