Erika Flora
Erika is an accomplished Program Manager with more than 8 years of experience in a variety of industries. She has a proven track-record of impacting and improving corporations through the redesign of processes and utilization of enterprise technology solutions. Further, she has led multiple projects and programs, including Enterprise Project Management (EPM) and ITIL implementations, for both start-up and fortune 500 companies.
Erika is PMP certified as well as MS Project / Project Server Black Belt certified through IIL and Microsoft and holds a Foundations Certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL). She is a skilled writer and instructor on a variety of technical and business topics including, but not limited to: Project Management, PMP exam preparation, Microsoft Project 2003/2007, Project Server 2003/2007, and Microsoft Office SharePoint Services (MOSS) 2007. Erika is also active in the community. She currently serves on the board of the San Diego chapter of PMI® and was voted “Volunteer of the Year” by PMI® International in 2007.
