- Change Management - Addresses organizational change control, roles of individuals, change processes, handling resistance to change, and change implementation approaches.
- Technical Writing - How to approach writing technical material, economy of words, emphasis, clarity, unity and coherence and correctness, and variety in technical writing.

- Product Integrity Program - An implementation of Total Quality
Management (TQM) aimed at improving the integrity and the quality of
products produced by an organization. The products include documentation, equipment, services, etc. and the emphasis is on having the producer of the product ensure its integrity. The tools and techniques addressed by this program are used to assist the developer of the products improve their integrity and those responsible to ensure their integrity.
